Note: Spaces fill quickly, and events are curated to maintain a strong mix of vendor types. Apply early, and don’t be shy... tell us what makes your work special!

Professional Promotion
Every accepted vendor receives:
- A personal vendor shout-out on the @spooky.markets Instagram and Facebook pages. This includes a few images and copy. It may also get cross-promoted on @the.hermits.path, and @langfordstation instagram pages.
- A branded "I’m a Vendor" marketing package (both square & story/reel formats) to help you easily promote your spot at the event. You'll receive them in advance, and more closer to the date for promotion.
- Additional marketing graphics and sneak peeks are sometimes provided closer to the event to help maintain a cohesive look across all platforms.
Vendor Visibility
- You’ll be featured on our Spooky Events website, with a vendor photo, product description, and social media links, perfect for building lasting exposure.
- As we hire a professional event photographer for the events, each vendor also receives professional event photos as a thank-you... great for your portfolio, shop, or social media.

Marketing Power
Vendors have reported record-breaking sales, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions. Our crowd shows up, rain or shine.
We run an aggressive online marketing campaign, including paid digital ads, community newsletters, flyers, and influencer features.
Event visibility is further boosted through City of Langford promotion on billboards, social media, and their website.
Jennifer has also collaborated with other market hosts to ensure maximum visibility for all the markets!

Spooky 2 - Oct 2026
Looking for: Tarot readers/psychics, gothic, witchy and horror makers, esoteric and off-beat wares. As much of a focus on Halloween/Samhain celebrations as possible with your products/services.
Please note that applications were formally closed in April. You are welcome to apply for our waitlist at this time, and you will be added to our list for future events.
